I wanted to give you an update on our trip as we did have some disappointments. First let me start of by saying that Mr Nyoman your staff who picked us up and gave us a few tours was extremely nice and very accommodating. Bali is lovely and there were some beautiful sights that we got to see.

The hotel was also beautiful BUT there was a major mix-up when we first arrived late at night. We were given a room with two twin (single) beds and there were four of us. After an hour or more of going back and forth we were able to switch to a room with a King bed and we had a rolling bed brought in. By the time we were settled it was very late and the room was very tight. In regards to the resort it is absolutely beautiful (gardens, decor, pools) but the food was average and the service was absolutely terrible. Sometimes waiting over 15 minutes to even be greeted at a table. The kids club was also below average. The New Years Eve Gala was beautifully done but yet again there were issues. We were never told that we had to reserve a table so we ended up sitting in the very back of the room making it difficult to see the stage. Apparently seating was not done at the time of booking but on a first come first serve basis three days prior to the event…this was not mentioned to us by the resort.

Hi, how are you.? I'm and my family has just back home to Kuching Malaysia. I send this message to say thank you for your good and take care of my family during my holiday in Kuta, Bali. Your guide Mr Ketut is very friendlly and take us care everywhere

My hotel service is not so bad on my standard budget three stars class hotel, but the bath room is too small for my children but pool and garden is nice. Your car is nice and sightseeing tour is very insteresting on your island. Again thank you and hope I'll be come to Bali to book with you and recommeded to my friends to contact you

Kami dari PT XXXXX mengucapkan terima kasih atas semua pelayanan yang diberikan untuk paket tour yang telah berjalan success akan tetapi ada beberapa hal yang sekiranya bisa anda buat perhatian.

1. Guide anda Mr Made XXXX pelayanan pada umumnya bagus tetapi hanya sedikit kekurangannya ketika membawa kami ke Pantai Tanjung Benoa untuk bermain jet sky bahwa peserta kami yang wanita seharusnya diberikan instruktur wanita untuk main jets sky dan itu sih mungkin seharusnya kebijaksanaan dari pengelola jet sky stb tetapi saran kami mohon di sampaikan he he he

2. Waktu kunjungan di Monkey forest Ubud, parkir bus susah  sekali lain kali tidak usah kesana deh. Ribet jalannya sempit dan keranya kayaknya galak deh.

3. Menu makanan di cafeXXXXX jimbaran mohon diperhatikan jangan sampai berbeda dengan yang lainnya masa yang 1 meja di beri udangnya gede2 dan yang lainnya kecil-kecil kan bikin peserta kami yg lain cemburu he he he

4. oh ya satu hal lagi guide anda yang satu kurang banyak bicaranya maksudnya joke2 kurang hot gitu loooo
